My name is Gabriela Llanos de Stickler. I am an international businesswoman with over 25 years of professional experience across four continents and an MBA from Universidad del Pacífico in Lima.
Having lived in eight countries, raised three daughters, and been married to my Austrian husband for over two decades, I have learned that what people value most, regardless of culture or age, is feeling connected, understood, and cared for.
My Austrian parents-in-law were a very special inspiration behind PRIME CIRCLE by GT. Through them, I came to appreciate how important companionship, meaningful conversations, and simple moments of attention become as we grow older.
I realized that even small gestures sharing a walk, enjoying a coffee, or simply having someone who genuinely listens can make a wonderful difference in someone’s day.
Together with my co-founder, Triada, I wanted to turn this personal inspiration into something meaningful for other families. And that is how PRIME CIRCLE by GT was born.

My name is Triada Soininen. I completed my secondary education in Buenos Aires, Argentina, before returning to Vienna, where I graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a Master's degree in Business Administration.
With more than 20 years in management consulting, leading international projects and teams, I have learned how to truly listen and understand the individual needs of each person.
As a mother of two children, and through my own experience with my parents, I understand how important personal interaction is — and the right kind of intellectual stimulation — to remain content and mentally fit well into old age.
